Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Harold leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Fullen and Rebecca "Lucile" Fullen; his wife Linda Lou Fullen (Blankenship); and his siblings, Mitchell "Mickey" Fullen, James Fullen, Bobby Fullen, Patricia "Patty" Fullen and Peggy Austin.
He is survived by: his brother Russell "Rusty" Fullen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many more great nieces and great nephews.
