He is survived by: his wife Carola Michael; his stepchildren, Annie Kassian (Alex), Stephanie Allen (Eric), Michael Balow (Moira) and Frederick Balow III (Diana); and his grandchildren, Chris Allen, Anasara Allen, Kairi Balow, Candice Balow, Callie Balow, Katherine Balow, Connor Balow and Jacob Balow.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (523 Pablo Ave, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250).
