It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tessie Williams Ingram (Atlantic Beach, Florida), born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Cone and Eileen Kulish Cone; and her siblings, James Cone, Patricia White and Debbie Peterson.

She is survived by : her children, Andrew Williams II (Anna) of Lima, Ryan Williams of Jacksonville, Florida and Danielle Jones (Curtis) of Jacksonville, Florida; and her grandchildren, Luke, Karsyn, Christian, Greta, Eliza and Gideon.
