We bid farewell to Caroline Lotarski of Auburndale, Florida, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 1, 2025 at the age of 98. Caroline touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Caroline departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Caroline. Though Caroline may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Frank Kownacki and Josephine Marie Kownacki (Wisniewski); and her son David Lotarski. She is survived by: her son Donald Lotarski (Kathy); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Derek and Heather Lotarski; her great grandchildren, Mya and Mallory Lotarski; and her sister Helen Mikowski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church (10655 Haverstick Rd, Carmel, IN 46033). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Mount Auburn Cemetery (4101 S Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402).
