He is survived by: his wife Gwen Owens; his children, Shawn Owens (Karen) and Sissy "Betty" Harrell (Chris); his grandchildren, Courtney Cubbedge (Brandon), Kayla Owens, Austin Owens, Kamarie Owens, Christopher Harrell (Crisstina), Troy Owens (Mariah) and Corey Harrell (Stephanie); and his brothers, Michael Owens (Robin), Thomas Phillip Owens (Terry), Scott Owens (Janie) and Steve Owens (Teresa). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
