He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Howard and Vernita Mae Slabaugh (Owens). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Slabaugh; his sons, Trevor Slabaugh (Jynine), Christopher McDougall and Michael McDougall; and his sister Michelle Weaver (William Harris).
