He was predeceased by : his parents, Samson Seley and Beatrice Seley. He is survived by : his wife Joyce; his children, Victoria (Kenneth), Peter and Jeffrey (Pamela); his grandchildren, Hannah, Sophi, Matthew and Emma; and his niece Anneke.
