She was predeceased by: her parents, John McNeil and Margaret McNeil; and her brothers, Gary and Daniel McNeil. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Kenneth McNeil, Cassie Buckland (John), Margaret Sager (Elisha) and Stephen; her grandchildren, Owen, Harrison Buckland, David, Phebe Russell (Jared), Catherine and Edward Sager; her great grandchild Micah Russell; and her brothers, John McNeil Jr. and Victor McNeil.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (100 N Lake Ave, Avon Park, FL 33825). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
