He was predeceased by: his parents, Evett Parker and Julia Parker (Meadows); his wife Phyllis I. Darcus; his daughter Connie Ann Parker; and his siblings, Verla Skinner, Shirey Waggoner and Ervin Parker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Jones (Jack) and Lora Smith (Randy); and his sisters, Wilma Swango and Brenda Flynn. He is also survived by three granddaughters; one grandson; several great-grandchildren.
