It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Delano Perry of Avon Park, Florida, born in Van Lear, Kentucky, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Perry and Martha Perry (Porter); and his siblings, Bill Perry, Loraine Connley, Darlene McKinzie and Jesse Park.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Martha Barnett (Dale), Tim Perry (Jennifer) and Greg Perry (Susan); his stepchildren, Julie Higgins (Dick) and Jason Rogers (Myung); his granddaughters, Leah and Jenna Rogers; and his siblings, Bonnie Jurich, Dimple Watkins and R. Doug Perry. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 Great-Grandchildren.
