It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Surber of Avon Park, Florida, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Joe Coates. She is survived by : her mother Thelma Coates of Kingsport; her husband Randy Surber of Avon Park; her children, Tammy Clark of Kingsport, Scott Buckles of Waverly and Tracy Chandler (Brian Chandler) of Chilhowie, Virginia.; her brother Tom Coates of Kingsport, TN; her niece Sarah Haynie (Josh) of Kingsport; and her nephew Ben Coates (Jamie) of Hiltons, Virginia.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be given to the AdventHealth Sebring Foundation in her name.
