He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul G. Rand, Jr. and Marcella A. Rand (Berry). He is survived by: his wife Mary Rand; his sons, Michael J. Rand, Jr. (Susan) and Steven P. Rand (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Danielle, Michael, Alex and Allison. He is also survived by three Brothers; four Sisters.
