He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H Fuller and Annette M Fuller (Horton). He is survived by: his wife Selena Fuller; his siblings, Jackie Morgan (Cloyd), Connie McKinny (Daryl), Jean Hawkins (Steven) and Clyde Fuller (Bess); and his children, Jessica Fuller, Sheila Pierce, David Burkhart and Christopher Burkhart.
