She was predeceased by: her parents, William Samuel and Lula Mae Tindell (Travis); her son Wade Bush; her son-in-law Jackie Prescott; her grandson Jady Prescott; her siblings, Essie Morgan, Mary Watford, Mildred Doughty and Hugh Tindell; and her husbands, James Bush, Don Gallimore and Earl Hortman.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Prescott of Sebring, FL, Helen Robinson (Carl High) of Avon Park, FL, Ricky Bush (Kim) of Okeechobee, FL, Marcia Hortman of Okeechobee, FL, Lynn Daughty of Birmingham, AL and Scott Darnell of Greenville, IN. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; and 15 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Avon Park (111 E Circle St, Avon Park, FL 33825). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at the Lakeview Memorial Gardens (854 S Memorial Dr, Avon Park, FL 33825).
