He was predeceased by : his parents, Earliech Cobb and Sula Cobb (Wilson); his wife Carolyn Ann Cobb; his daughter Linda Watson; and his siblings, Dorothy Findley, Herman Cobb and Kermit Cobb.

He is survived by : his children, Earlene Robinson (David) of Avon Park, FL, Lisa Carr of Avon Park, FL and William Earl Cobb, Jr. of Avon Park, FL. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren; and 2 Great Grandchildren.
