He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy E. Riley and Leona Riley (Mercer); and his siblings, Dell C. Riley and Mildred J. Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Juanita "Nita" Riley (Nixon); his children, Belinda Riley and Wendell Riley (Julie T. Riley); and his grandchildren, Savannah R. Moak (Dylan Moak), Audrey E. Riley and Scott A. Riley.
