With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sylvia Mae Raulerson Spires of Baker, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 3, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson Raulerson and Minnie Leona Raulerson; her husband Grady Wilfred Spires; her son Robert Allen Combs; and her brothers, Aaron, Cecil, Virgil and Melvin Raulerson.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Combs (Kim), Teresa Rolls-Wilcox (Gary) and Reggie Spires (Carrie); her daughter-in-law Sabrina Combs; her grandchildren, Russell Combs, Kamie Combs Jones, Kelli Combs Suits, Adam Combs, Heather Combs Richmond, Andrew Combs, Rachel Combs Ross, Alyssa Combs, Kristi Rolls, Katie Rolls-Palmer, Ryan Rolls, Kyliegh Rolls, Stephanie Spires, Micah Spires, Alicia Haywood and Megan Crim; her great grandchildren, Liam, Havyn, Gavyn, Sophie, Allie Jones, Judah, Kirk, Annaleah Suits, Saraiah, Sofia, Selah, Savanna Combs, Kal, Rees, Zann, Evyn Richmond, Evelyn, Ariana Combs, Grayson Ross, Caleb Rolls, Ayana, Bella, Neriah, Zander, Zeke Palmer, Landon, Stella, Evy Rolls and Haven Mitchum; and her sisters, Opheila Nelon and Naomi Higginbotham. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christian Fellowship Temple (251 W Ohio Ave, Macclenny, FL 32063). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
