It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Whitehead of Baldwin, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maggie Meeks, Verdell Whitehead Sr. and Alvin Morris Tyga; and his grandchildren, Baylee Sanders, Isaiah, Jauzyiah Bivins, Briston Badger, Kamani Hill and EKenyiah Badger.
He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Polite and Ronald Whitehead Sr. (Judy); his wife Etrenda Badger Whitehead; his children, Jalecia Whitehead, Enya Badger Whitehead, Ronald Whitehead III, EKendra Badger and Kiara Badger; his grandmother Annie Lois Whitehead; his siblings, Katina Morris, Mikeia Morris, Brittney Polite (Carlos), Luciana Cummings-Steadman (Jerry) and Donte Polite; and his aunt Gwendolyn Johnson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
