She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Leonard; her parents, Alexander Kozlowski and Elizabeth Kozlowski (Grezeszak); and her siblings-in-law, Henrietta Kozlowski and Jerry Piasecki.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Krick (Randy) and David Leonard (Susan); her grandchildren, Shaun, Justin Krick, Steven, Jacob, Emily Leonard, Jim, John, Michael, Katie, Russell, Jared Leonard, Brandon, Wesley, Tyler, Danielle, Joseph and Joshua Paten; and her siblings, Mary McCumber (John), Elaine Piasecki and James Kozlowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Dorothy will be taken to the church to lie in state on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to Prince of Peace Parish or St. Francis Hospice.
