He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Flanigan and Maxine Flanigan; and his sister Linda Winget. He is survived by: his wife Diann Flanigan; and his children, Eric Flanigan (Tracy) of Ohio and Bethany Waltemyer (Mike) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
