He was predeceased by: his parents, Lanty Moss and Leah Moss; his siblings, Betty Starcher, Paul Moss, Chester Moss, Charlie Moss, Russell Moss and Billy Moss; and his granddaughter Mallory Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Moss of Bartow; his daughters, Teresa Shelton (Donnie), Dawn Hinck (Tom) and Heather Bunch (Justin); and his grandchildren, Cole Shelton, Leah Shelton, Jimmy Hinck, Justin Hinck and Abigail Carter.
