She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Whidden; her daughter Suzanne Whidden; and her brother Howard Maits. She is survived by: her children, David Whidden of Bartow, Diane Smith (Colin) of Solihull, Michael Whidden of Bartow and Joseph Whidden; and her sisters, Stella Collins of Bartow and Ruth Peacock of Bartow. She is also survived by many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
