She was predeceased by: her parents, James Helms and Linda Helms. She is survived by: her children, Ciara Vaughn, Ashlee Chambers, Joanna Richardson and Michael Chambers, Jr.; her siblings, April Simpson (Shone) and Jon Emmrick (Jerri); and her grandson Jensen Alvarez. She is also survived by one aunt, two uncles, several cousins, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McLean Funeral Home (306 E Broadway St, Fort Meade, FL 33841). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
