She was predeceased by: her parents, Allene Croley Alday and Byron Alday; her aunt Pearl Yates; her cousin Betty June Justice; her husband Milton "Buddy" Glisson; and her brother Edward Alday.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Glisson Tower (Richard) and Kassia Glisson Alamm (Ali); her granddaughters, Kristal "Celeste" Fowler and Kristin "Celena" Richardson Welch; and her great grandchild Michael "Dylan" Fashbaugh.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Whidden-McLean Funeral Home (650 E Main St, Bartow, FL 33830). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Wildwood Cemetery (1099 S Woodlawn Ave, Bartow, FL 33830).
