He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Grant and Daisy Grant; his wife Irene; his son-in-law Tom Small; and his siblings, Margaret Marchionda, Willie Albritton, Sara Lamb and Edwin.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Grant Small of Bartow; his grandchildren, Gordon Greene (Krista) of Homeland and Kristi Smith (Justin) of Bartow; and his great grandchildren, Anna Lynn, Clay Greene of Homeland, Jude and Olive Smith of Bartow. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church (6210 Mt Pisgah Rd, Fort Meade, FL 33841). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
