He is survived by: his wife Julie Fisher of Fort Meade; his sons, Ethan Fisher (Jessica) of Fort Meade and Jason Fisher (Anastasia); his siblings, Herman Fisher of Fort Meade, Annette Marsh (Jim) of Fort Meade and Linda Lucas (Jeff) of Dade City; his grandchildren, Lane, Hunter, Laila, Elliana, Mariah, Angel, Ryan, Landen, Liam and John; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Kohen.
