He was predeceased by: his parents, BJ Wise and Edna Wise; his sister Ann Mitchell; his brother-in-law Ronnie Keene; and his nephew Charles "Chuck" Browder.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Brogen (Jennifer), Brandi Sondgerath and Amanda Floyd (Kevin); his grandchildren, Morgan Pifer (Justin), Brittney Metzger (Douglas), James Brogen, Matthew Brogen (Isabella), Madison Weaver, Rebecca Shaw (Vince Jr.) and Lindsey Weaver; his siblings, Harry Brogen (Lydie), Marty Keene, Betty Picha (Lee) and Marie Burnette; and his great grandchildren, Brecken, Ryatt, Nevaeh, Layth and Vince III. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
