She was predeceased by : her husband Dale Francis; and her daughter Heather McPhail. She is survived by : her close friend Tommy Rouse of Bartow; her sons, Paul Stevens (Corina) of Bartow and Jason Stevens (Sandra) of Seffner; and her brothers, James L. Lacy (Debbie) of Bartow and Steve Lacy (Sharon) of Bartow. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
