She is survived by: her husband George Shanks; her children, Suzanne Prewitt (Andrew) and Gordon Shanks (Frances); her grandchildren, Sydney Prewitt Scarborough (Jacob), Chloe Prewitt, Wyatt Shanks and Owen Shanks; and her siblings, Earl Sjoblom and Cheryl Lockhart (Terence). She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
