She was predeceased by: her parents, Risden Fort and Margaret Fort. She is survived by: her children, Gene Moore and Melanie Bontrager (Neil); her sister Jean Summers; and her grandchildren, Katie McNutt, Gunnar McNutt (Brittany), Jason Bontrager, Jordan Bontrager and Jennifer Bontrager.
