She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Clark and Maggie Clark; her husband Dempsie Smith; and her daughter Lynn Doucette. She is survived by: her children, Diane Olinger (Wayne), Gail McLendon (Roy), Steven Smith (Tracie), Terry Smith (Jana), Richard Smith (Kim) and Daniel Smith (Lori). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Whidden-McLean Funeral Home (650 E Main St, Bartow, FL 33830). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
