He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Neese of Pinecrest Fl and Joyce Neese of Plant City; and his siblings, Tody Neese and Brenda Neese. He is survived by: his wife Robin Neese of Bartow; his sons, Allen Neese (Stacie) of Brooksville and Michael Neese (Meghan) of Bartow; his grandchildren, Danielle Neese, Elijah Neese, Rebecca Neese and Jamisen Neese; his sister Wendy Hancock of Plant City; and his nephews, Cody Hancock and Cory Hancock.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whidden-McLean Funeral Home (650 E Main St, Bartow, FL 33830). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
