He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Blackburn (Willie) and Ada Johnson Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jordan Blackburn of Bascom, FL; his sons, Ricky Blackburn (Paula) of Bascom, FL, Rusty Blackburn of Bascom, FL and Scott Blackburn of Bascom, FL; his siblings, Linda Blackburn of Donalsonville, GA, Nina Pritchard (Don) of Donalsonville, GA, Larry Blackburn of Donalsonville, GA and Rob Blackburn (Gloria) of Donalsonville, GA; his grandchildren, Trevor Blackburn, Audre Blackburn Eubanks (Benjamin), Seth Blackburn, Madie Blackburn, Shelby Blackburn and Peyton Blackburn; and his great grandchildren, Auden Eubanks and Rhyatt Blackburn.
