Carl Williams Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Williams of Bell, Florida, who passed away on April 25, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy J. Williams and Eva Shomaker Williams; his siblings, Louise Trawick, Susie Lockhart and Coy C. Williams; and his grandson Cody Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Clark Williams; his children, Alicia Williams, Carla Smith (Roy), Carl M. Williams, Jr. (Delores) and Randy Williams (Lorrie); his grandchildren, Stephen Smith (Sarah), Justin Smith (Jessica), Stacy Smith (Kevin), Ashleigh Floerke (Charlie), Aimee Williams and Arielle Williams; his great grandchildren, Liam, Camryn, Wyatt, Rhett, Alexander, Huxley, Lorelei, Brodhi, Sterling and Beau; his sister Katrina Richards; and his sister-in-law Linda Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Mission in Action in Bell, Haven Hospice (http://www.havenhospice.com) of Chiefland, and Methodist Children's Home, McCall's Chapel. (7755 State Rd 349, Branford, FL 32008).
