She was predeceased by: her husband Buck Lewis; her parents, Lonnie O'Steen and Charlcie O'Steen; her daughter Jan Harvey; and her siblings, Kenneth O'Steen, JoAnn Fowler Yeager, Dorothy Fowler (Dot) and Barbara Douglas.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Osborn; her children, Debbie Jones (Jesse), Mike Lewis and Randy Lewis (Arlita); and her grandchildren, Rodney Harvey (Danay), Summer Hester (Eric), Jason Horne (Nicole), Michael Lewis (Stacey), Stephen Lewis and Jamie Lewis (Serena). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
