He was predeceased by: his parents, James Garfield Sproles and Martha Newsome Sproles. He is survived by: his wife Betty Shiver Sproles of Belle Isle, FL; and his daughters, Debra Sproles Wiley (John) of Orlando, FL, Karen Sproles Williamson of Albany and Pamela Kay Sproles (David Henry) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
