He is survived by: his wife Rose Anne Fowler (Franklin); and his children, Barbara Anne Vogel (Fowler) of Orlando, Florida and Thomas Edward Fowler of Orlando. He is also survived by two grandsons; two great-grandsons and a great-granddaughter.
