He is survived by: his partner Cyndi Swingle; his children, Terri Veitengruber (Rich), Theresa Ragusa, Tony Ragusa and Tina Goodwin (Todd); his stepchildren, Heather Forcier (Nicole) and Brian Forcier (Leigh); his grandchildren, Justin, Ashley, Jonathan, Nathan, Andrew, Josh, Paige, Emilie, Dexter, Raina and Braedon; his great grandchildren, Ava, Giovanni, Dominic, Charlee, Greyson, Julia, Angela, Alaina and Carter; his brother David Holvick; and his close friend Nikki. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
