She was predeceased by: her husband Guy E. Mathis. She is survived by: her children, Connie Black [Ken] Hooley and Ricky Lee [Kathy] Mathis; her grandchildren, Ashleigh [Rafa] Gonzalez, Elizabeth Mathis and Emily [Mark] Boswell; and her great grandchild Harper Lee Boswell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
