He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Filcher Bell Sr. and Mildred Pimm. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Fischer Bell and Linda Joan Costill; and his grandchildren, Thomas S. Bell (Ellen), James R. Bell (Margaret), Elizabeth V. Skousen (Kyle), Jennifer L. Costill and Kristine E. Costill. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
