He was predeceased by: his parents, Vroman Schuyler Borst and Verelyn Brown Borst. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Borst (Gimlick); and his children, Mark Vroman Borst (Brenda MacLean), Dirk Borst (Tracy Magoon) and Amy Borst (Charron Hartupee).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Car Club (983 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12205). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (983 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12205).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the Largo Public Library, 120 Central Park Drive, Largo, FL 33771.
