She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Guinn and Tom Appleby (Leath Elmore); her sister Harriet Irvin; her son Earl Hawkins; and her granddaughter Michelle Bair.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry; her children-in-law, Tony Miles and Patty Hawkins; her grandchildren, Michael Hawkins, Tabitha Greeson and Donna Dellerman; and her siblings, Thomas Appleby (Nancy) and Carolyn Cox. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
