Franco Almeida Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2023, at the age of 72, Franco Almeida of Belleview, Florida, born in Hackensack, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Francisco Almeida and Hada Almeida. He is survived by : his children, Leah Racheal Almeida, Sarah Esther Dennis (Biff), Francisco Franco Harmon Almeida and Franco Elijah Richard Almeida; his grandchildren, Elijah, Dorian, Emilia Grace, Sayler and Clayton; his siblings, Frank Jr. (Kathy), Francois, Francine and Manny; and also Evan.

Through his festivals he was able to help support and donate to local food banks, veterans organizations and to the literacy fund at the Marion County Juvenile Justice Center where he sat as a board member for years.
