He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonso Stewart and Jessie Mae Brown. He is survived by: his wife Marva Stewart; his son-in-law Keaston Hooks (Sharon); his siblings-in-law, Tomasina Ings (Lorenzo), Ida Jackson (James), Arlene Ruth, Amy Flax and Walter Ruth; his cousins, Joyce, Felicia, Donald Clark and Frank Coleman (Cheryl, family: Church, Faith); and his close friends, Cal, Dexter, Henry and David. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
