She was predeceased by : her parents, William Crawford and Daisy Crawford; her son Larry C. Plazarin; and her siblings, Dennis Crawford (Buddy) and Marlene Sumner.

She is survived by : her husband Rev. William "Brother Bill" Plazarin; her son William Shaw Plazarin II (Paul T. Plazarin); and her sister Lavonia Ramsey. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
