She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Huggins and Etta Huggins; her husband Coy Mullins; her sons, Richard and Farrell Mullins; her siblings, Edgar, James, Horace and Vera Dudley; her son-in-law Kendall Brown; her siblings-in-law, Patsy Huggins, Yoshi Huggins and Ira Dudley; and her daughter-in-law Desiree Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Sybil Brown, Janice Godwin (Dennis) and Darrell Mullins. She is also survived by six granddaughters, two grandsons, 11 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (18034 Main St N, Blountstown, FL 32424). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Elma will be remembered not only for her contributions to her community and family but also for the lasting impact she made through her compassion and love.
