She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Huggins and Etta Huggins; her husband Coy Mullins; her sons, Richard and Farrell Mullins; her siblings, Edgar, James, Horace and Vera Dudley; her son-in-law Kendall Brown; her siblings-in-law, Patsy Huggins, Yoshi Huggins and Ira Dudley; and her daughter-in-law Desree Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Sybil Brown, Janice Goodwin (Dennis) and Darrell Mullins. She is also survived by six granddaughters, two grandsons, 11 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Elma will be remembered not only for her contributions to her community and family but also for the lasting impact she made through her compassion and love.
