As we bid adieu to Heather's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Heather has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her sons, Daniel (Ali) and David (Jessica); her parents, John Peacock Sr. and Wynette; her siblings, Karla Jenkins (Danny) and John Peacock Jr. (Jamie); her mother-in-law Hester Leonard; and her brother-in-law Mike Leonard (Sue). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church of Blountstown (17091 S Main St, Blountstown, FL 32424).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Heather's honor be made to One More Child (formerly known as Florida Baptist Children's Homes).
