He is survived by: his wife Christine Mallory of Clarksville, Florida; his son Mark Mallory; his granddaughters, Ava and Eden Mallory of Blountstown, Florida; his sisters, Sally Phillips (Greg), Dorothy Howard of Clarksville and Marcy Owens of Blountstown; and his stepsons, Patrick and Jay Pegouskie.
