She is survived by: her children, Susan Clemmons (Joe), Dale Bracewell (Mary) and Perry Bracewell (Peggy); her grandchildren, Wendy Peddie (Richard), Joe Bracewell (Heather), Karen Bracewell Pittman (Tim) and Jeremy Clemmons; her great grandchildren, Cari Sloat, Carlyn Sloat Hayward (Conor), Caeli Sloat, Casey Sewell, Andrew Bracewell, Alexis Bracewell and Caleb Pittman; and her sister Bonnie Tombs.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (18034 Main St N, Blountstown, FL 32424).
