He is survived by: his wife Patsy Futch; his sons, Raymond Earl Smith (Mary) and Terry Ray Smith; his sisters, Monnie Nugent, Marcie Szuba, Michelle Alexander, Melissa Hamilton and Stacy Lynn Futch; his grandchildren, Dakota, Miesha, Joshua, Caleb, Solomon, George, Logan and Maddie; his nieces, Sharlet, Mary Alexis, Kloey and Michaela Jean; his aunt Dahlia Stinson; and his uncle JD Jackson. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
